Damon Albarn And Graham Coxon Are Set To Reunite For A New Blur Album

Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon are set to reunite for a new Blur album

The band's first new music in over a decade is expected to be released next year

Blur have announced that they will be reuniting for a new album, their first in over a decade.

The band, which consists of Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James, and Dave Rowntree, made the announcement on their official website.

“We're very excited to announce that we're getting back together to make a new album,” the band said. “We've been working on it for a while now, and we're really happy with how it's sounding.”

The new album is expected to be released next year, and will be the band's first since 2003's Think Tank.

Blur are one of the most successful British bands of all time, with over 20 million album sales worldwide. They are best known for hits such as "Song 2", "Beetlebum", and "Tender".

The band's reunion has been met with excitement from fans, who have been eagerly awaiting new music from Blur for over a decade.

In a recent interview with NME, Albarn said that the new album is “very Blur.”

“It's got all the elements that people would expect from a Blur album,” he said. “But it's also got some new things that we've never done before.”

Coxon added that the new album is “a bit more experimental” than Blur's previous work.

“We've been trying some new things in the studio,” he said. “I think people are going to be surprised by what they hear.”

Blur's reunion is a major event for fans of British rock music.

The band's new album is sure to be one of the most anticipated releases of next year.
