Bruno Scaroni appointed and nominated to the Board of Directors of Zurich Insurance Group

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) has announced the appointment of Bruno Scaroni to its Board of Directors.

Scaroni, currently Group Chief Transformation Officer, will join the Board on January 1, 2024. He will also assume the role of Chairman of Zurich Italia, effective immediately.

Scaroni has been with Zurich since 2008, serving in various leadership roles across the business. In his current role, he is responsible for driving the Group's transformation agenda, including its digital strategy and innovation initiatives

Prior to joining Zurich, Scaroni held senior positions at several other leading insurance companies. He has a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of success.
