Manchester City's Premier League Match Rescheduled for Potential Champions League Semi-Final
Fixture Moved to April 24 If City Progress in Europe
Manchester City's Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 24, should Pep Guardiola's side reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
The original date for the fixture was Tuesday, April 30, but it has been moved to avoid a clash with the potential Champions League semi-final, which will be played on the same day.
City are currently in the quarter-finals of the Champions League and will face Real Madrid in the first leg on April 9. The second leg will take place on April 16.
If City progress to the semi-finals, they will play the first leg on April 30 and the second leg on May 7.
The Premier League has also confirmed that the final day of the 2023/24 season will be played on Sunday, May 28.
City are currently second in the Premier League table, two points behind leaders Arsenal.
